It takes attention to detail to give each patient a great experience, and we’ve gone into a lot of explanation of those details and how and why they connect.

It takes less time to do a treatment than to read about all of the separate elements of empathic treatment and their rationale.

To help pack all of this detail in, provide short, straightforward versions of what it looks and sounds like to actually execute all these concepts, and to engage those of us who learn best from methods besides reading, we’ve provided a podcast and three treatment videos. They can all be shared as links.

The videos are basically unedited treatment, presented with no comment. This allows your mentors to go through and use them as an audiovisual aid for their own teaching.

The podcast is an interview with the hygiene mentor from our busiest, most established practice. She breaks down what she does in terms of our 4Blocks. Here, in 30 minutes, she discusses succinctly the elements of a great hygiene visit.
