Here, prior to the beginning of the video, the preps were completed as was total etching. The rubber dam was placed, as were the Paleodent sectional matrixes. Caries indicator has already been applied to assure that there is no active decay in place.

Apply Danville microprime for antibacterial surface and desensitization.

Air dry

Apply 5th generation single-bottle Scotchbond. Air dry and cure

Burnish contacts with ball burnisher

Apply bulk fill. Surefill SDR flow. It's self-leveling, but further adaptation is encouraged with an explorer.

Use a ball burnisher wetted with Scotchbond to apply Filtek Supreme nanohybrid warmed in a compule.

Reburnish distal contact. Here you will see a small stain that microetching or an abrasive would usually remove prior to prep.

Note how nicely isolated everything is.

Remove excess.

Cure

Remove anterior BiTine ring and wedges.

Peel back matrixes to provide access for curing light

Cure

Remove the matrix bands, rolling and pulling through, being careful to avoid pulling up

Cure everywhere again

Remove excess flash with Montana Jack scaler.

Polish with ET6 football to remove initial bulk. Following cuspal inclines with a gentle touch. Do not remove enamel.
Follow with a flame or needle shaped ET6 to gain access to the interproximal area, avoiding any scoring of the area near cervical margins
Follow with multi-fluted ET12
Final polish with Dialite ultrafine diamond polishing cup

When it comes to interproximal grooves, please the patient (more specifically, the patient's tongue) and don't.
