"Don't go into tooth world."

This is what it's all about: making and maintaining a human connection with your patient throughout the entire visit.

Excellence in your clinical execution is not enough to do what's best for patients.

They have no concept of what good dental work is besides the sensations it causes in their mouth.

For them to understand that they're being cared for requires that you are present, attentive, and in active dialogue with your patients as you treat their teeth. 

Here you can watch and listen to Doctor MacInnis interact with one of his actual patients so you can better apply F2F principles that might otherwise seem abstract. It's not cut for time, and some artifacts from production remain.
