MeetingRunners Screenscast 2: Team Overlay Key
Mindmapping: The Dropped Step Between Thoughts and Action
Here's a podcast and screencast to illustrate how to use time-tested relationship insights and the results of strengths-finding tools like Kolbe, DISC, Forte, etc., to help understand how best to speak to all of the tacit motivational (and de-motivational) factors in a group decision-making process, and get them on the table. When a group can use their familiarity with each other to speak openly about what matters most to them, consensus can be built where it otherwise seems impossible. It can be used just as a guide for yourself, too. By understanding the people you are trying to coordinate with, you outfit yourself to be a more effective communicator and a better facilitator of the meeting.
